Widener SBDC to Hold Seminar on Starting a Business



Turn your dreams of owning a business into reality. Learn the first steps at a seminar sponsored by the Widener University Small Business Development Center on Tuesday, Jan. 29 from 6-9 p.m. at the Widener SBDC, 1350 Edgmont Ave, Chester, Pa.

The First Step seminar will cover the building blocks of successful business ownership. The workshop will help budding entrepreneurs evaluate business ideas, develop a business plan, select a legal structure, register their business and explore financing options. This session is a prerequisite for all SBDC clients looking to start a new business. Widener University Professor Mary Williams will lead the seminar.
